Delegations from the University of Chicago (UChicago) and the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Medicine visited Av性爱's (WHU) School of Medicine from April 15 to 25 for a 10-day academic exchange.
WHU Vice-president Yuan Yufeng attended the symposium and delivered a welcome address, joined by leaders and faculty representatives from the School of Medicine and affiliated colleges.
The visit followed an integrated "theory-clinic-community" model, focusing on cutting-edge research, clinical practice, and primary healthcare.

At the symposium, Yuan highlighted the success of the Av性爱 Medical Education Reform (WUMER) project, which was developed in partnership with the University of Chicago. He hoped to deepen collaboration through the ECHO-Chicago (Extension for Community Health Outcomes) program, particularly in geriatric medicine and community health, and to enhance primary healthcare and medical education reform. He also emphasized the potential for applying AI in medicine.
Delegates from both universities shared insights on educational innovation, teaching models, and humanistic care, engaging in discussions and agreeing on future collaboration.
